v Design and manage the processes for implementation of performance improvement programs.
v Collaborate with operational teams on prioritization and workflow design.
v Be responsible for the design and maintenance of decision support data systems that support departmental and organization-wide performance improvement initiatives.
v Oversee the management of multiple databases and the process for monitoring performance measures, including clinical quality indicators for regulatory reporting.
v Oversee the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical guidelines and the peer review process in collaboration with the Medical Staff.
v Provide oversight for the facility-wide policy and procedures process.
v Be responsible for data and/or processes for presentation at identified committees, workgroups, and system groups.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree plus five years directly related experience including 2 years of supervisory management experience.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, written communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to manage complex projects with working knowledge of project management methodology.
· Highly developed analytic capability and application of complex problem-solving techniques.
· Experience with implementation of data management processes and systems in clinical.
Fluency in performance improvement tools, methodology, applied statistical concepts, and information management Joint Commission, Title 22, and other state and federal standard.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
· BSN strongly preferred,
· Masters preferred.
