This role will play a critical role in our continued Supply Chain growth. With a network spanning multiple Distribution and Home Delivery Centers, we are in an exciting time of transformation. This role will continue to expand our Personalization capabilities across Crate & Barrel’s products.

This is an on-site position based out of our Romeoville, Illinois ecommerce Distribution CenterThis role is a People leader position 


A day in the life as a Manager, Personalization Operations & Technology

Any and all Personalization system research, introduction, modifications, release and training in order to improve the efficiency and/or quality of personalized productsManage sample department demands, timelines, and service requirements to internal customers (Design, Merchandising)In coordination with the JDA support team, IT Department and Supply Chain team, ensure compliance standards are understood and metOversee and support configuration and testing activities. Evaluate and report on existing system configuration and/or requested changes to determine the effectiveness of the software and operationIdentify, review and manage key metrics to monitor performanceWork with engineering teams to establish run rates for Personalized sku’s in order to capture true cost analysis

What you’ll bring to the table…  

Knowledgeable in the processes and procedures for all Distribution channels with a good understanding of the warehouse management system (WMS), as well as,other systems that interact with the WMS   Knowledge of Personalization industry trends for embellishment  best practices, machinery and methodology, as well as, material handling, equipment, vendors and innovationIn addition to C&B WMS systems, a clear understanding and ownership of Personalization support systems to include PULSE system, sku testing and set-up as well as system management.


We’d love to hear from you if you have… 

Associate’s degree or equivalent a plus3+ years of experience leading/coaching people5+ years of experience with Distribution Center equipment, including warehouse management, PULSE, and Adobe Illustrator systems (RedPrairie/JDA experience, preferred) Background in Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt, preferred
