This role will play a critical role in our continued Supply Chain growth. With a network spanning multiple Distribution and Home Delivery Centers, we are in an exciting time of transformation. This role will continue to expand our Personalization capabilities across Crate & Barrel’s products. + This is an on-site position based out of our Romeoville, Illinois ecommerce Distribution Center + This role is a People leader position A day in the life as a Manager, Personalization Operations & Technology + Any and all Personalization system research, introduction, modifications, release and training in order to improve the efficiency and/or quality of personalized products + Manage sample department demands, timelines, and service requirements to internal customers (Design, Merchandising) + In coordination with the JDA support team, IT Department and Supply Chain team, ensure compliance standards are understood and met + Oversee and support configuration and testing activities. Evaluate and report on existing system configuration and/or requested changes to determine the effectiveness of the software and operation + Identify, review and manage key metrics to monitor performance + Work with engineering teams to establish run rates for Personalized sku’s in order to capture true cost analysis What you’ll bring to the table… + Knowledgeable in the processes and procedures for all Distribution channels with a good understanding of the warehouse management system (WMS), as well as,other systems that interact with the WMS + Knowledge of Personalization industry trends for embellishment best practices, machinery and methodology, as well as, material handling, equipment, vendors and innovation + In addition to C&B WMS systems, a clear understanding and ownership of Personalization support systems to include PULSE system, sku testing and set-up as well as system management. We’d love to hear from you if you have… + Associate’s degree or equivalent a plus + 3+ years of experience leading/coaching people + 5+ years of experience with Distribution Center equipment, including warehouse management, PULSE, and Adobe Illustrator systems (RedPrairie/JDA experience, preferred) + Background in Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt, preferred Euromarket Designs, Inc., which does business as Crate and Barrel and CB2, will be referred to as “the Company”.
