RemoteCollins Aerospace Mission Systems is excited to invite a dynamic and skilled Integrated Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to our Ejection and Propulsion portfolio, where you will collaborate with a team of dedicated Financial Planning and Analysis professionals. You will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our programs by conducting in-depth financial analysis, research, budgeting, and forecasting. Your expertise in preparing forecasts and performing financial modeling will provide valuable insights and recommendations to our Integrated Mission Systems management team, driving strategic decision-making and program success.
What You Will Do:
Provide financial planning and control for large development programs.
Develop and maintain Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
Establish and manage Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS).
Analyze cost and schedule performance, providing insights to leadership.
Implement EVMS using standardized processes and tools, ensuring compliance.
Maintain accurate program margin positions and cost baselines.
Interact with customers for cost and schedule data submission.
Capture and report actual spend data weekly.
Lead month-end processes and data reconciliation.
Provide sales forecasting and support for Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Communicate effectively, support program reviews, and participate in proposal development.
Ensure compliance with EV system descriptions and liaise with auditors.
Adapt to unexpected events and achieve critical deadlines.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Prior experience in a Manufacturing/Aerospace Industry
Qualifications We Prefer:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with extensive expertise in Excel.
Experienced in using SAP and Earned Value Cost Engines/Software.
Strong background in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Continuous Improvement concepts.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to present effectively to large groups and leadership.
Capable of multi-tasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel up to 10%Flexibility to travel up to 20%.
