This position is charged with proactively driving and managing business process change across the scope of planning functions to support:
New manufacturing flows and planning strategies. New applications and system integrations. New and existing analytical and reporting requirements. New business integrations through acquisition or network changes.
The Manager, Planning - Data Analytics, Business Process & Continues Improvement is responsible for:
Continuous Improvement:
Managing the implementation of improvement initiatives across multiple functions in the Western Hemisphere Supply Chain. Collaborating with internal and external partners to make sustainable improvements along the entire Western Hemisphere supply chain. Build and manage a deployment roadmap of Continuous Improvement for the Supply Chain Planning operations of the WH. Developing operational concepts for new business opportunities. Managing project plans from concept to implementation, monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects. Continual review of existing process flows to identify opportunities for improvement and elimination of waste. Training of Production Planning staff on all new and changing process, procedures, and systems.
Data Analytics:
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain analytics tools (analytics models and data visualization dashboards), taking complicated problems and data sets and building simple frameworks to improve decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven supply chain strategies. Collaborate with IT teams to implement technological solutions for process optimization. Working knowledge in agile project management frameworks as Scrum, Kanban for analytics projects management. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics to bring to the company new methodologies and techniques to improve data driving decision making.
The incumbent is responsible for the initiation and execution of action plans targeted to:
Remediate deviations from established project plans. Provide guidance through analytics of options to address ongoing business issues. Ensure actions are taken to support automation of tactical planning processes. Drive lean principles and practices within the planning group. Support plant initiatives as it relates to planning.
The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing development and training of personnel to promote operation excellence, career progression and succession planning.

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
Minimum requirements to fulfill the responsibilities in an acceptable manner.- Manufacturing Systems Engineer/ Industrial Engineer/ Supply Chain Management/Data Analytics/BA/BS.
- 5 years of experience.
- Experienced in leading planning systems solutions with a scope in continues improvement.
- Proficiency in English
- Superior analytical and communication skills.
- Regional and International travel is required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Continuous Improvement and Data analytics frameworks.
- Knowledge of systems spec development to support information and decision-making processes.
Preferred experience, skills and education that are not required for job but beneficial to role:
- Experienced promoter of Lean principles and practices.
- Experience in OPEX practices.
- Experience of working with teams in multiple countries and US.
- Manufacturing systems engineering.
