Location/Schedule: This position is located at Lloyd Corporate Plaza in NE Portland. The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, typically 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a hybrid schedule, requiring at least two days in the office per week.

Position Description: As a pivotal member of Cascadia Housing’s Property Management Team, the Portfolio Manager brings professional expertise and industry knowledge to enhance the lives of our tenants and the management of our properties. This role involves close collaboration with compliance, asset management, and maintenance teams to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of all Cascadia properties. The ideal candidate will understand the impact of trauma on health and behavior, aligning with our mission to provide trauma-informed care within a supportive housing context.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day operation of the properties are met by guiding onsite staffHelp to maintenance standards of compliance by upholding internal and external rules and regulationsOversee daily financial decisions based on budgetsMonitor delinquency, occupancy and maintenance needs at the buildingsHelp facilitate needs/requests of residentsAbility to provide detailed understanding of variances in financials and cash flowQualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred; significant professional experience may substitute for education.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in property management, asset management, or a related field.Specialized Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, asset management functions, and property management software.Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision and development.Other:
