Summary

The Manager of Pricing, Inventory & Replenishment will oversee a team focused on pricing and inventory needs for Chain customers, supporting essential business operations across National & Strategic Accounts, Finance, Demand Planning, Portfolio Management, and external Supplier partners to meet and exceed objectives.

In this role, you will Lead a team of associates to accomplish their deliverables in a timely manner by coordinating business activities, communicating expectations, evaluating data collection methods and procedures, developing common templates for streamlined reporting, creating SOP documentation, and sharing of best practices. Maintain strong customer relationships and exhibit best-in-class engagement with RNDC Chain leads as well as the account's Replenishment, Pricing, & Support teams. Work with your team to maintain databases and publish weekly/monthly reports utilizing various in-house tools (ie: MicroStrategy), and analytical platforms (ie: Excel, Power BI). Assist in planning and coordination of chain display inventory forecasts. pricing, and scheduling of products. Manage and monitor distinctive label inventories in the chain's units or warehouse(s) and in our warehouses to ensure sell-through and weeks on hand are well-managed. Proactively partner with Demand Planning team on forecasting and inventory labels to minimize out-of-stock and backorder issues, manage and monitor distinctive label inventories for Chains in both the chain and RNDC warehouses, and ensure all one-time buys are depleted in all RNDC warehouses. Ensure team is identifying opportunities to reduce voids and is managing instocks above expected levels including reviewing account forecasts, identifying and correcting issues with item set-up, working with procurement teams in the states, and collaborating to improve supplier's supply chain management and operational efficiencies. Partner with Finance team to effectively manage Chain pricing on assortments and authorized items and ensure pricing and price changes are properly communicated with the Customer and internal stakeholders. Effectively work with states to capitalize on QDs, price management, allocations, and program pull-and-sell through. Partner with IT on Automation projects and represent NASA as the Pricing Inventory subject matter expert for your Chain/Segment in all internal and cross-departmental projects.
  What you bring to RNDC Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in inventory and pricing, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Strategic thinking to align data analytics with broader business goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power Query, Power BI). Additional Knowledge:. Minimal travel required, less than 5%.

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $120,500.00 up to $172,100.00. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
