You will play a pivotal role in driving our Procurement strategy and ensuring flawless execution of the contracting supplier transition workstream during acquisitions and divestitures. You will co-create and advance the AD capabilities and services and support the definition implementation of the Procurement return on investment value for deals across the portfolio. This role will contribute to innovative solutions to accelerate and optimize the value of the transaction. Education:
University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business, Supply Chain), preferably complemented by MBA or other Master’s qualification. Experience and SkillsRequired:
A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, including within the Procurement function. A minimum of 1 year of JJ Procurement category, spend and supplier management experience, preferably in Indirect Services. Strong business knowledge, financial savvy, and a deep understanding of Procurement contracting supplier processes and technology. Must have a proven track record of effective leadership and influencing within a global environment across multiple businesses and complex initiatives. Strong project program management, change management, problem solving skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Successful ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating learning agility. Partner effectively and influence at all levels, including senior executive leadership and peers within and outside the function and outside JJ. Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities. Preferred:Deep understanding of business operations and practices and core Procurement areas of focus (Spend Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing Contracting, R2P). Experience with mergers, acquisitions, licensing, partnerships, divestitures or other structures. Experience with project management methodologies. Developed leadership capabilities and critical thinking skills, as well as an attention to detail and ability to effectively assimilate and communicate complex information from multiple sources. Other:5%-15% national and international travel based on deals.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000 - $166,750. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
