About The Role

Evidence Action is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our finance team. Reporting to the Director, Global Grants & Contracts the Contracts Manager will manage Evidence Action’s global contracts function. Currently, Evidence Action is undergoing a phase of rapid growth - we have roughly doubled our impact over the 5 years to 2024, with the budget increasing by more than 50% over that period.

As the Manager, Contracts, you will lead all procurement and contracts management in the US office and help implement best practices globally with your technical skills and service-oriented approach to supporting programs and other departments. You will also lead our third-party risk management efforts in collaboration with program teams, regional offices, and other finance and administrative support teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement and manage the life cycle of all contracts initiated in the US Office. Draft agreements following all applicable terms, conditions, regulations and best practices. Lead the development and oversight of Third-party Risk Management policies. Create efficiencies by analyzing existing procedures and tools, recommending improvements, and implementing them. Oversee resource development and staff training in procurement and contracting. Report on procurement and contract metrics to inform departmental decisions. Maintain accurate records and documentation including in Evidence Action’s contract management system in Salesforce.
