This position will be supporting the development and implementation of procurement systems, policies and governance frameworks. There will be one team member reporting to the Manager, Procurement III.
What You'll Do:
Develop, lead and manage the Procurement tools, process, and adherence to policiesOversee the procurement tactical buying and support the Procurement teamsContract Management: establish requirements within the contract management process and toolContinuous Improvement: Identify key areas for improvement and innovation within the procurement function. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve qualityPerformance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive efficiency and effectivenessDevelop and manage organizational reporting and analytics capabilities, delivering dashboard metrics such as but not limited to Project Tracking, Spend, Savings, and Key Performance IndicatorsEnforce the creation and use of agreed templates and standards and educate team members on process excellence techniques while assisting on problem resolutionWork in collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit/Risk and other functions to ensure compliance with the policies and audit remediationWhat You'll Need:
BA or BS required; MBA preferred. Procurement Certifications are a plus8+ years of experience in Global Procurement organizationsKnowledge of strategic sourcing, Procurement lifecycle, policies, systems, and Procurement standard processes and methodsCoaching and people development: Open to feedback and suggestions for individual development and team managementExcellent project/program management skills and ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability of working with and supporting cross functional teams in a global, complex, changing environment to deliver valuable results to the organizationExceptional verbal and written communication skills internally and externallyP2P system experience, Coupa experience is a plusAdvanced knowledge and experience in Excel, SharePoint, Tableau, and SmartSheetGatekeeper experience a plusChewy is committed to equal opportunity.
