The primary responsibilities are to lead a software development team in the design, development, test, and delivery of a SaaS-based directory offering, which also provides user data storage services that power our SaaS platform. You will report directly to the director of Directory Services, who also oversees our on-premise directory product team. You Will: Lead the development of new features. Manage recruitment, training, and building an accomplished software development team. Lead the forecasting, allocation, and management of capital and people investments. Work with product management to determine product requirements and definitions. Assist your team in responding quickly in the event of unforeseen production issues.
