Manager, Product Lifecycle Operations
**Location:** Secaucus, New Jersey **Job Summary:** The Calendar Manager will be responsible for understanding and driving the processes that impact the product lifecycle calendar. This position will work closely with Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Planning to facilitate the on-time execution of the calendar deliverables and build seasonal sub calendars. This role also is responsible for understanding the process flow for the tools & systems that impact the product lifecycle calendar. **Responsibilities:** **Key Accountabilities:** + Track adherence to the calendar milestone dates. Drive and report on issue resolutions to achieve milestones as they occur to help facilitate seamless operations + Create weekly calendar meeting scorecards + Facilitate weekly calendar meeting + Oversee scheduling for all meeting invites from the cross functional calendar. Manage calendar shifts to flex with business needs + Participate in the creation of the Seasonal Product Lifecycle Milestone Calendar. Thorough understanding of the factors impacting the calendar timelines + Build sub season calendars and WIP timelines + Learn and understand systems and system integrations that impact the product lifecycle calendar + Manage timelines with business process teams to ensure tools are ready to achieve calendar milestones + Manage timing for system updates and provide guidance to IT teams **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree + 5 + years of experience in retail/merchandising/sourcing/project management + Vertical retail experience preferred **Skills and Behaviors** + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Understanding of the challenges specific to retail + Project Management + Change management skills + Problem Solver + Ability to manage people collaboratively and with confidence + Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders in a corporate environment + Strong organization and multi-tasking skills + Must be results driven + Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint + Understanding of retail tools – PLM & Assortment Planning Tools
