Job Title: Manager, Product Management, Commercial Card Platforms

Location: Dublin

Overview: InControl and Smart Data are the backbone of our corporate solutions offering in Europe. They offer a powerful, feature rich platform to issuers and their corporates and are continuously evolving as Mastercard deepens and diversifies corporate solutions propositions for Europe. As a Product Manager for Commercial Card Platforms, you’ll be the go-to expert on commercial card and platform products in Europe. You’ll establish and nurture technical relationships with Mastercard’s commercial customers in Europe, helping them activate and use Mastercard’s platforms to meet their business needs.

Role:
•\tRelationship Management: Build and manage technical relationships with customers.
•\tOpportunity Identification: Find ways to use Mastercard’s platforms to solve customer problems.
•\tTechnical Consultancy: Lead with integration partners to deliver embedded finance capabilities to issuers and corporates
•\tCollaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, AM, marketing, delivery, product teams) to support pre-sales, implementation and optimisation of how our customers engage, adopt and experience our solutions.
•\tMarket Support: Provide BD and AM teams with subject matter expertise required to support the sales or commercialisation pipeline delivery.
•\tCustomer Engagement: Work closely with account teams and customers to grow the commercial card business, optimising customer utilisation of our capabilities, enhancing performance and profitability.
•\tData & Insights: Analyse and interpret customer performance, validate and offer insight and lead look-back reviews, roadmap and feature updates.
•\tLegal & Compliance: Ensure customers meet legal and regulatory requirements and support the contracting and onboarding process.
•\tIssue Resolution: Handle escalated operational issues that require SME input required by our teams supporting live customers.
•\tTechnology Compliance: In partnership with internal stakeholders ensure customers are aware of and adhere to Mastercard’s technology updates.
•\tTraining: Prepare, maintain and deliver customer and colleague training material.
•\tVOM: Be the voice of the European market in representing customer and market feedback to influence Aha intake and roadmap priorities.
•\tDemo Capability: Maintain a customer facing demo system and supporting material and deliver customer demos F2F or remotely.

About You:
•\tMinimum 3 years in an engineering, product or pre-sales solution role
•\tConversant in two or more European languages essential
•\tDeep understanding of commercial card operations and Mastercard’s offerings.
•\tComfortable in the detail but can engage across levels in a customer organisation with a strategic outlook.
•\tHands on experience of the credit card four party model, authorisation and clearing messaging formats
•\tAbility to ask great questions, understand technical details and analyse current operating and processing environments to create solutions.
•\tKnowledge of customer service, banking operations, and commercial platforms.
•\tExperience in project management and technology operations.
•\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills, 2nd European language essential (French, German, Italian or Spanish), 3rd language an advantage
•\tExperience in the commercial card / corporate solutions industry segments.
•\tAwareness of European cultural differences.
