The Product Management Excellence team is looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of technical product managers (PMTs) as you invent the future of fulfillment at Amazon. Our team partners closely with customers and developers to build, improve, and maintain our products. We are a smart team of doers that work passionately to apply the latest advancements in robotics and software to solve real-world challenges that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we can’t even imagine yet. We are Amazon Robotics and we will give you the tools and support you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling and fun.
Candidates should have experience working with product managers / teams and be familiar with their scoping / prioritization process. A strong presence and the ability to influence are critical, as working with a diverse set of stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer and shopper focus and discipline on setting, communicating and achieving dates upwards and laterally. The ability to understand how different areas of the business are interconnected across marketplaces will be key to develop a product vision. Candidates should have exceptional written communication skills and a proven track record of delivering projects from concept to launch.
A day in the life
There is no typical day as a PMT - You will spend time analyzing customer requests, developing models to understand tradeoff decisions, creating financial models, building requirements, working with engineering teams, and much more!

The Product Management Excellence (PME) team’s mission is to collaborate with Leadership and broadly across AR to establish our long-term vision and influence AR’s product and technology strategy to develop a portfolio that maximizes AR’s impact to Amazon. We aim to own the full product lifecycle by balancing three ongoing priorities: (1) continuously improving the world’s largest robotics product base, (2) delivering new solutions that maximize our customers’ business performance, and (3) inventing transformative products to solve our customers’ future needs
