MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary customer interface on large, complex projects, responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships. Develop relationships with both IQVIA’ traditional customer base and non-traditional/new customers and markets.Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Participates in the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective and creative solutions which help the customer become more competitive.Act as a bridge between Lifecycle Safety Operations and business development team. Coordinate with Operational teams to develop proposal.Provide support standardized and creative proposals in response to customers’ expressed needs. Follow up on proposals to customers.Work closely with Lifecycle Safety Operations and project teams to determine appropriate terms and conditions of safety agreements.
