Provide overall operational leadership of complete Value Stream, EH&S and P&L ownership for the Value Stream, including hands-on leadership of the Regal Business System which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream.  Lead Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance to exceed expectations in order to achieve or exceed business objectives, annual improvement priorities and financial objectives set by AOP plan. He will champion the implementation of lean tools in driving improvements to develop and implement strategic initiatives around inventory, capacity utilization and growth opportunities.
