What You Will Do

Oversees the production process and coordinates CI activities and team skills upgrading. Be responsible for improving OEE, OTD, product quality and production cost efficiency to meet business objective by CI including implementing process, automation, technical improvement.Cross function communication and technical support on launch new project to make sure success ramp up.Cooperating with Global team and local support team to optimize the manufacturing process by improving personal skills, equipment, tools, and flow layout to approach the best quality & efficiency. Be responsible for continuous improvement production line through eliminate waste.Monitor daily production to resolve technical issues. Ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.Any other works assigned by line manager.

What You Need

Bachelor’s degree or above with engineering education background.Fluent English both in oral and written.Deep know-how in SMT production procedures.More than 10 years’ work experiences on SMT manufacturing management in global electronics companies, have Automotive industry background.Strong electronics technical or engineering working background.Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader.Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day.

What is Nice to Have

Understanding and working in past organizations that have centralized and de-centralized structures as business requirements change.Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment.Clear and strategic thinker; proven experience in translating strategies into actionable plans.Capable of handling multiples projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet deadlines.Attention to detail, multi-tasking and strong follow through required.Demonstrated leadership, executive presence, problem solving, facilitation, presentation skills and analytical skills.
