Overview
Products and Solutions, Acceptance team is looking for a Manager to drive our acceptance strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding global acceptance trends, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
•\tProvides product expertise and leverages Mastercard integrated solutions to drive acceptance product strategy
•\tAnalyzes business opportunities to identify new clients and product ideas aligned with company strategies
•\tExecutes product strategies for acceptance products within assigned region (Turkey & Azerbaijan)
•\tProvides market intelligence and market requirements to product developers and product managers to support product design, development and implementation effort
•\tResponsible for pipeline management at the product level
•\tImplements customized solutions that drive value creation for the customer and Mastercard
•\tCreates customized presentation materials for customer demonstrations
•\tProvides technical support in selling innovations and technology to customers
•\tAssists in providing subject matter expertise on specific acceptance product and/or segment of products and supports identification of product innovation opportunities
All About You
•\tStrong knowledge of payments industry is highly preferrable, expertise working in the acceptance area is a plus
•\tStrong communication and client presentation skills - ability to concisely communicate complex content in a simple, logical and compelling manner
•\tEffective problem solver, identifying and mitigating risks, solving and / or escalating issues as appropriate
•\tAnalytical skills with an ability to conduct structured analysis and synthesize large amounts of data
•\tStrong relationship management skills - experience of managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
•\tProfessional level English language capability
