What You Will Do Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Manager of Professional Services to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. Reporting directly into a Professional Services Director, the Forescout Manager of Professional Services will ensure that the PSEs (Professional Services Engineers) are fully supported, enabled and scheduled. The Manager will work closely with the regional Director to ensure smooth running of the PS Business, looking at ways to improve and perform any management roles that may be required. In this role, you will: Be Customer Driven: + Ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services that meet or exceed client expectations + Manage escalations and resolve service delivery issues promptly. Be one team: + Monitor team workloads and capacity to balance priorities. + Monitor team utilization, revenue, and profitability. + Ensure accurate utilization forecasting and reporting. + Contribute to the development of the professional services strategy in alignment with organizational goals. + Identify and progress training and development opportunities for your team. + Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing professional services team. + Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Be Cyber Obsessed + Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout project engagement. + Provide guidance on technical and project management challenges. + Establish and enforce best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes. + Identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation.
