Manager, Program Finance
Job Title : Manager, Program Finance Job Code : 16960 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 9/80 Reg Job Description: The VSG Division is seeking a Finance Manager for the C3 Business Area. This individual will manage a team of four and be responsible for all program finance activities of the portfolio. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, establish clear financial cadence, lead a team, and create strong partnerships with program managers and key functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. + One Year leadership experience. + 2+ Years Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience. + 2-5 years Aerospace and Defense Industry experience + Experience in USG labor service type contracts / programs (i.e. FFP, CPFF, CR, T&M, etc.) strongly preferred. + Must have demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint. + Working knowledge of SAP & Cobra is strongly preferred. + Ability to maintain Active Secret Clearance required Preferred Skills (beyond required): + Advanced Excel Skills + 2+ years of Deltek Cobra experience. + Strong analytical skills including the ability to proactively solve problems and issues in a timely manner + Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with people of all levels/functions within the organization + Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening) + A proven track record of process improvement and experience with financial systems and process change initiatives + Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent + Working knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred. + Working knowledge of Cobra is strongly preferred.
