Manager, Programmatic Sales - Spectrum Reach

The Manager, Programmatic Sales will support Spectrum Reach’s rapidly growing programmatic CTV direct sales efforts to national brands & agencies.  In this role, you will drive Programmatic direct sales for a specific list of target customers.  You will be focused on developing and executing account plans to grow revenue across Programmatic deals both P&P and PG.


Major Duties & Responsibilities Include:

Accelerate programmatic revenue, achieving personal and team targets.Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company’s and our client’s business objectives.Support a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.Partner with internal peers and associated cross functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.Maintain effective communications with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure Sales Plan is executed and/or modified as needed and that revenues goals are achieved.Proactively communicate bad news quickly and directly to manage stakeholder expectations.Proactively grow and maintain network for potential partnerships.Actively seeks feedback from internal customers relative to the team’s processes and performance.Solicits input for improvement and efficiency gains.Escalates issues with thoughtful recommendations to leadership as appropriate.Expresses information and ideas concisely and in a compelling manner both written and orally.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience2-3 years of leadership experience with proven track record of leading media sales teams to increasing levels of performance.2+ years national sales experience with proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets.Prior leadership experience in a revenue impacting capacity withing programmatic CTVSkilled in sales strategy, sales planning, and revenue forecastingPassionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence while building strong relationships at all levels both externally and internally.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly scale progress in a complex business landscape.

The pay for this position has a salary range of $83,200.00 to $136,100.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
