Overview
The Programming team is looking for a Manager of Film Programming and Acquisitions who will support the Director on all aspects of film planning, curation, scheduling and licensing for the Paramount+ movie library. We are looking for someone that will focus on films built for or licensed for the service, including managing partnerships and tracking titles from Paramount and Third-Party Studios. This role will work closely across internal teams such as Programming, Acquisitions, Rights Management, Finance, BALA, Content Management and Marketing to ensure accurate communication, execution, and maintenance on all library film titles in the service.

Responsibilities Assist in the integration, launch, and curation of movie content in the Paramount+ platform Collaborate on licensing and acquisitions decisions, screen films, and draft recommendations Manage multiple content databases and provide tracking updates to internal collaborators Craft merchandising plans for post-theatrical films, Original movies, and licensed library titles Generate genre and demo strategies to ensure appropriate volume and genre mix per month Use data to guide licensing decisions and recommendations to internal teams Highlight monthly movie priorities, titles, and data trends for Programming and Marketing plans Partner with Brand leads on licensing opportunities in support of the Paramount+ slate Identify programming and curatorial opportunities in support of Heritage Months and Observances, social and historical events, as well as filmic achievements and anniversaries Communicate prioritization and planning of press, marketing, and promotional activity around titles coming into and leaving the service each month Work alongside Social and Marketing on tailored digital content in support of the movie library Basic Qualifications 2+ years in an acquisition, programming, content strategy or strategic marketing for streaming services, television, feature film or interactive media Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage complex projects across diverse groups or organizations Subscription VOD service experience Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives and external partners Experience using Jira, Airtable, or similar project management tools Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v lookups) skills Additional Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience highly preferred Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to easily interact and collaborate with television production personnel Diverse experience and skills across creative, project management, product, and data/metrics A self-starter, entrepreneurial demeanor who can balance multiple tasks/projects with limited support staff

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $85,600.00 - 95,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
