Job Description

To lead the Professional and Technical Services (PTS) Financial Support Team within Group Real Estate Services Commercial in order to optimise Engineering Services support.

QualificationsMatric , Diploma or relevant DegreeProject Management or Finance and Accounting Certificate

Experience Required

Experience in Finance Business Partnering and Finance & Value Management3 - 5 years Experience with regards to Budget Analysis and Reporting would be critical 3 - 5 years in a PMO and or comparative or similar administrative environment where planning and execution of work was a focus whether as formal projects or as part of office and team management. Support the Project Manager in tracking and managing project risks and issues.Ensure that all project documentation is stored appropriately and is easily accessible to the project team.Assist in the preparation and submission of project reports to senior management.General: Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the successful execution of projects.
