It is responsible for delivering project management governance and standards across DX T&D, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role is focused on enabling efficient project delivery, implementing process improvements, and ensuring effective communications and insights around project delivery. The position works closely with executives and delivery teams to ensure consistency and quality in project execution. The Manager, Project Management – Technology will report to the Sr. Manager, Project & Org Strategy. **What You'll Do:** + Establish and enforce tech project management governance, processes, and standards across T&D to ensure consistency and quality in technology project execution. + Direct the development and implementation of tech project management frameworks, tools, and templates that support efficient project delivery. + Ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategy, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) leveraging a scalable governance practice. + Lead efforts to standardize reporting and project metrics to improve visibility into project performance and decision-making. + Identify areas for process improvement and leverage data-driven insights to implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. + Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports that provide clear insights into project performance, risks, and strategic alignment. + Develop and manage regular reporting mechanisms to update senior leadership on key project milestones, KPIs, and outcomes. + Provide data-driven recommendations to senior executives to enable strategic decision-making inclusive of measurements around resource allocation, project estimation, value delivery, etc. + Ensure that presentations and reports are visually engaging, concise, and aligned with the priorities and concerns of senior leadership. **Required Qualifications:** + 8+ years of project/program management experience, working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions, 5+ years leading resources with diverse skills + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
