This role sits at the heart of our EMEA Professional Services Organization (PSO) and is perfect for someone who thrives in delivering enterprise software solutions to prestigious clients. 

Responsibilities

As the PMO Manager, you will:

Lead and Inspire: Drive a culture of excellence, inclusion, and well-being across the Project Management team to ensure successful project delivery.Build High-Performing Teams: Hire, retain, and nurture top talent, ensuring continuous growth and career development for Project Managers.Empower Your Team: Foster decision-making, teamwork, collaboration, and mentorship within the team.Drive Performance: Monitor KPIs, ensure adherence to best practices, and manage project goals and corporate initiatives effectively.Enhance Processes: Implement and maintain project management methodologies and tools, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.Customer Relationship Management: Be the point of escalation for project issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and strong client relationships.Collaborate with Business Leaders: Develop resourcing strategies and optimize support for both projects and day-to-day operations.Input on Pre-Sales: Assist in refining pre-sales scope and sizing, contributing to accurate and effective client proposals.Leadership Experience: Over 4 years of managing in-person and virtual teams in a competitive environment and leading a PMO focused on technical service delivery.Extensive Expertise: 8+ years in managing technical infrastructure, security, and collaboration projects, including cloud technologies.Certification and Skills: PMP certification, exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills, and a self-starter attitude. Qualifications Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred) along with 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.Project Management Methods: Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile (SAFe), and Waterfall methodologies.Tool Proficiency: Experience with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Certenia PSA, Salesforce, and PowerBI.Process Improvement: A passion for driving process enhancements in a results-focused environment.
