We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional who can manage all aspects of video production, from setting up and running shoots to post-production editing. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, with a passion for delivering polished, engaging content. Video Production:Plan, set up, and execute video shoots, including lighting, camera, and sound setup.Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting rigs, and stabilizers.Direct on-set activities, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient execution of shoots.Manage tear-down and proper storage of equipment after shoots.Post-Production:Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and alignment with creative briefs.Create dynamic animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.Perform color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to enhance video quality.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets brand and messaging goals.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Coordinate with team members and clients to align on creative vision and expectations.Organize and archive project files, footage, and assets for future use.About the Team: People Tech & Services

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
