Manager, Property Services
Overview The Manager, Facilities plans, directs, controls and evaluates all activities related to maintenance and facilities support operations of all WakeMed Property Services sites. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory codes and applicable policies and procedures. Has budgetary profit and loss responsibilities under management control for all sites. Directs and coordinates activities of craft employees, vendors, and contractors involved in repairs and maintenance of facility architectural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing components as well as day-to-day support operations. Acts as a liaison between vendors/contractors and WakeMed departments. Provides operational and capital budget data. Participates in design and plan review for new construction and renovation projects, as required. Routinely interacts with tenants and measures satisfaction regarding service quality, maintenance and employee performance.
