You will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Data Maintenance Team's performance. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of critical provider information across various databases and systems, ensuring data synchronization and enforcement of business rules. Collaborating with different departments, you will ensure compliance with customer requirements related to contracting, network management, and credentialing.\n

Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of provider data systems, supporting effective network operations. You will also lead special projects, review contracts, update provider records, and work closely with Provider Network Operations staff on data-related strategies. Proficiency in software applications such as FACETS (XC reports\/provider error queues), Sales Force, and SQL is essential, along with a strong command of MS applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
