**Manager, Provider Network Management** **Location: Kansas** **Hours:** M – F Standard Working hours **Travel:** Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) 20% Travel with potential overnight as needed **Position Overview:** Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives. **How you will make an impact:** + Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between providers, members, and the public + Ensures the LTSS provider network has the resources, tools, and supports necessary to deliver high-quality care to members + Represents the Anthem’s LTSS program and provider relations team in various external stakeholders + Responsible for budget accountability + Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports **Minimum Requirements:** + Requires a BA/BS degree in business or related health field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:** + Previous management experience preferred + LTSS Provider experience preferred + Support Coordination/Care Coordination experience a plus. + Strong Public Speaking experience preferred + Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills preferred
