\nThis is your chance to be part of an in-house Brand Operations team that works to ensure that Hotel owners and General Managers have the tools and resources that they need to be successful. As a Quality Assurance Manager on the Quality Assurance (QA) team reporting to an Area Manager of QA, you will visit 100+ hotels in your territory and will evaluate and conduct inspections of designated hotels. Your main duty is to protect the integrity of the brands inspected in terms of cleanliness, condition, guest safety and brand standards.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nPerform routine Quality Assurance evaluations\nAddress inquiries and communications made internally, both verbally and in written communications\n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nCommunicate with Peers, Area Managers, Sr. Directors, Vice Presidents, Brand teams, Design and Construction, Owners, Management companies, and General Managers to answer inquiries about brand standard compliance, QA, brand protocol, procedures, and Improvement Plans\n\nWhat projects you will take ownership of:
\n\nTerritory Management, Expense Management, Audits completed and annual goals.\nCoordinate upcoming activities such as travel plans and hotel scheduling, ensuring downtime work is completed and any projects assigned are submitted by established deadlines\n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nFive (5) years of management experience - Hotel Operations\nThree (3) years of experience as a General Manager or Department Head in a hotel\nTravel up to 90%\nHave a Valid Driver's license\nFluent in English and Spanish\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
\n\nFood Safety Certification\nProject management skills. Working knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations and physical upgrades.\nProblem resolution and consulting skills to mitigate potential conflicts/issues with general managers, owners, and/or internal customers while upholding the integrity of the brand\n\nWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
