Responsibilities: * Team Management: Oversee a team of 3, ensuring effective execution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and participation in governance activities; Provide high-level delivery oversight * Hands-On Involvement: Engage in hands-on activities 50-70% of the time, particularly with the marketing team * Enterprise Integration: Integrate into enterprise processes and structured governance frameworks * Release Management: Manage release processes, including approvals for requirements, testing, and final release * Coordination: Work closely with infrastructure teams to facilitate their needs * Supervisory Role: Provide supervisory support without extensive performance management or hiring responsibilities; Support will be provided for these tasks * Design and Implementation: Design and implement new features and functionality * Website Architecture: Establish and guide the website's architecture * Performance and Availability: Ensure high-performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS * Responsive Design: Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working theme * Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure a cohesive user experience * Web Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using vanilla JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Typescript * Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code * Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
