The Manager, Real Estate Portfolio TEMP will be responsible for assigned portfolio ensuring lease amendments, ancillary documentation, cross functional partnership, and landlord liaison is maintained effectively.
This is a temporary assignment with an expected duration of 3 months.
Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for all aspects of real estate negotiation for multiple locations, and provide strategic support, research, and resolution of real estate issues for assigned portfolio.
+ Responsible for resolution of property management issues
+ Present proposed amendments and market updates to senior management and field operations in market strategy meetings
+ Draft lease amendments using standard forms and other ancillary documents as needed.
+ Work closely with facilities, legal, accounting, finance, operations, and other internal parties in assigned portfolio.
+ Liaison and main point of contact for landlords within assigned portfolio
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Minimum Job Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of professional experience in real estate negotiation, property management and documentation
+ B.A. or B.S. in business, real estate preferred, or related field.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:
+ Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
+ Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities and with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
+ Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
+ $45-50/hr
