Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our fast-paced recruiting team. As a key member of the recruitment process, the Recruiting Manager will be responsible for sourcing, scheduling, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates to hiring managers. This role demands a person who is eager to dive in, help where needed, and take that extra step to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be open to new ideas, and be comfortable with change.
In this position, you will work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to find the best talent, drive candidate engagement, and contribute to a white-glove candidate experience. The right person for this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a can-do attitude. You must be a team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and prioritize the candidate experience above all else.

Your Key Job Functions

•    Source, engage, and nurture candidates across various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
•    Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
•    Screen and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
•    Present a curated list of candidates to hiring managers, highlighting relevant skills and experience.
•    Assist with interview preparation and facilitate feedback gathering from interviewers.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
•    Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support in shaping job requirements and candidate expectations.
•    Stay current on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruiting best practices.
•    Ensure that candidates receive a "white glove" experience, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring they are well-informed at every stage of the process.
•    Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support evolving recruiting needs and changing priorities.

What You Bring to the Team

•    5+ years full cycle Recruiting experience
•    Proven experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
•    Experience sourcing in LinkedIn Recruiter
•    Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•    Taleo (or recruiting ATS) experience 
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
•    A positive attitude and a strong desire to help others succeed.
•    Must be willing and able to jump in and assist where needed
•    Ability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
•    Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
•    Open to new ideas and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
•    A can-do attitude with a focus on delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
