What is the opportunity?
The Regional Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive business and analytical data and strategy evaluation to Canada Office region, assisting in the management, optimization and decision-making processes related to the Regional property portfolio as well as the smooth delivery of high-quality operations. The role involves data analysis, market research, lease administration, reporting and project management collaboration to align with CRE’s vision.
What will you do?
Analyze and monitor the real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, service level improvement, consolidation, or expansion.Maintain up to date records and reports for use in engaging with our internal clients, service partners and functional support partners.Assist with financial modelling and collaborate on the creation of business cases and PAR development (for small to medium sized projects)Coordination of budget preparation, monitoring spends against budgetCoordinate market research in key regions working closely with service partners to assess trends, benchmarks, and positioning in key portfolio nodes.Monitoring of service partner performance, undertaking trend analysis and identifying opportunities for process and service improvementsAssist in the development of Options Analysis – the evaluation of potential sites and properties, providing recommendations on location, cost, and technical suitability, working through our service and functional support partners.Prepare and coordinate reports and dashboards for presentation to key internal clients and within CRE, liaising as necessary with CRE Centers of ExcellenceTake leadership on the maintenance and updating of playbooks and process documents for the region.Co-coordinate in planning and delivery of CRE Projects, including the collation and sharing of Lessons Learnt facilitating cross learning.Close coordination with internal departments (Finance, Legal, HR , Operations) to align real estate strategies with corporate objectives.Act as key liaison between regional CRE team, Centers of Excellence (COEs), service partners and functional support teams.Managing On & Off boarding of all resources - CRE contractors, technicians, security guards etc.Collaborating with building management on audit reviews of security card and location access for employees, vendors and guests.Prepare and track progress/status of departmental reports.Redevelop and maintain an orderly and organized share drive filing system for all CRE correspondence, records, reports, presentation, etc. for timely, accurate retrieval of information as required.Handle and coordinate regional CRE team travel arrangements, as requested.Update and maintain Business Continuity Plan as required.Maintain CRE information repositories such as SharePoint and BOX. Drive standardization and ensure adoption of global standards.Maintain transaction pipeline document ensuring it reflects the information captured in CRE Systems (Manhattan)Assist with Invoice administration and process workflow efficienciesWhat do you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree requiredMinimum 1-2 years of real estate experience with a strong understanding of Portfolio / Client Relationship Mgmt. experience in Facilities Operations and Project ManagementStrong cost control, client focus, responsiveness to business goals and strategic business acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAttention to detail and good organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong Analytical thinking, Organizational awareness, Teamwork and cooperation, Data analysis, Market Research, Reporting and project management collaboration to align with CRE’s vision.Ensure employees and service providers understand RBC vision, as well as support and reinforce targeted behaviors that contribute to RBC goals.No direct reports but significant collaboration across real estate strategy teams, informally managing/influencing a team of peers to reach a common goal on behalf of the clientNice-to-have
