Manager, Regional Training Delivery

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the implementation and delivery of training in Field Operations. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of product, process and training including the management of all field training resources. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceOversees the implementation and delivery of training delivery in Field Operations Manages all field training resources Assumes a leadership role in identifying training needs and determining appropriate strategies for meeting those needs Serves as key consultant for management in assessing ways in which training can help reach Regional and KMA objectives Monitors the progress of training initiatives and follow-up as appropriate; measure training success through performance metrics Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training in achieving desired outcomes Keeps abreast of current learning and performance strategies, delivery methods, and techniques Determines implementation plans, schedules, resource needs, and supporting logistics for delivery of training initiatives Works with KMA training to develop and maintain a 90 day training delivery calendar consistent with the priorities of managementSources and acquires resources for the development of in-house training delivery as needed to meet business needs Performs other duties as required

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field required

Knowledge of cable television products and services a plusSkills in instructional design methodologiesKnowledge of a variety of training delivery systems

The base pay for this position generally is between $86,000.00 and $152,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
