Manager, Research and Analytics

Do you have strong analytical skills and a desire to use data to inform decision-making? If so, this role is for you! The Fidelity Real Estate Research& Analytics team is looking for a manager to oversee reporting, lead data governance, develop new business metrics and produce analytics & insights from the workspace experience & occupancy surveys in the group.

The Expertise You Have

BA/BS degree

5-7 years business experience preferred.

 The Skills You Bring  

You have strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into information that drives real estate decisions.

You are proficient in Excel and data management.

You can flex and adapt to changing priorities.

You have strong PowerPoint skills and can build presentations to highlight progress on various initiatives.

Your written and verbal communication skills allow you to partner with senior executives and staff members with ease.

You are highly collaborative in a team-based and cross-functional environment.
