Manager, Retail CRM Programs

We are seeking a Manager, Retail CRM Programs to help guide the CRM strategy and manage message execution for our family of retail brands. This role will be instrumental in driving meaningful results, helping transform Camping World’s CRM program from campaign led to customer first. The role will report directly to the Senior Director, CRM & Personalization and will have high visibility with senior leaders across Camping World.

As Manager, Retail CRM Programs, you and your team will be responsible for building, deploying and reporting on retail email, SMS and direct mail messages. You will work very closely with the Manager, RV CRM Programs to establish messaging continuity and optimize customer contact across business units.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record managing successful B2C CRM programs. This individual should be a creative problem solver with a willingness to work collaboratively to maximize output. The Manager, Retail CRM Programs will work across teams, including Marketing Technology, eCommerce, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, IT and Operations to bring meaningful results to the business.

Responsibilities:

Increase the number of CRM contactable customers for Camping World’s retail portfolio of brands while maintaining/improving channel engagement and retention rates

Optimize the customer contact strategy for CW Retail, driving incremental attributable retail conversions

Execute and report on retail CRM tactics – inclusive of batch deployments and behavioral journeys across email, SMS and Direct Mail

Manage the Retail CRM roadmap, executing comprehensive multi-channel initiatives while managing the scope, schedule and budget of these projects

Use data and insights to inform and recommend CRM initiatives, including personalization opportunities, audience segmentation, contact frequency and arbitration/decisioning

Partner with CW teams to facilitate the implementation of new features and data sets that improve CRM communications.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably including successful management of CRM programs for a retail/B2C brand

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing initiatives from conception through execution  

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and effectively collaborate with different stakeholders

Hands-On experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other industry leading CRM technologies

Good understanding of CRM industry standards and regulatory requirements

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.  

Pay Range:

$89,565.00-$134,295.00 Annual
