Job Description
The Manager, Retail Ops is responsible for overseeing the operational execution and productivity initiatives across field store locations. This role involves implementing strategies that enhance customer experience, drive sales performance, and optimize store efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement commercial execution strategies that align with corporate objectives and contribute to overall business growth in professional.Monitor and analyze commercial productivity metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and promotional activities.Partner with Corp training team and Lead training and development programs for commercial parts pro teams to ensure adherence to best practices in operations and customer service.Conduct regular store visits to assess execution compliance and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience through effective store layout, inventory management, and staff engagement.Foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence among store teams by help setting clear goals and objectives.Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, HR) to support integrated execution strategies.Stay current on retail trends and best practices to continuously refine operational processes.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.Proven track record of driving store performance and operational efficiency.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:
