As a Store Manager, you are responsible for your Crocs store and your team. With your positive attitude, helpfulness and sales skills, you will build customer loyalty and achieve sales targets. You are responsible for the organization and management of the Crocs store, which includes visual merchandising, hiring and planning.
What You'll Do Overall management of Crocs store. Exceed financial targets and maximize sales. Strong operational skills in store management (appearance, theft prevention, cash handling, inventory, visual merchandising, employee and asset safety). Act as a role model for exceptional customer service. Support and develop service skills of every employee. Set high performance standards and clear targets for employees. Utilize scheduling systems for productivity and compliance with laws. Provide clear, timely feedback through daily coaching. Take ownership of personal development for continuous improvement. What You'll Bring to the Table More than 2 years of experience in a similar retail role. In-depth market knowledge and strong commercial skills. Passion for exceptional customer service. Proven success with KPIs and building customer loyalty. Effective training, coaching, and leadership skills. Ambassador for the Crocs brand. Sense of responsibility for commercial premises upkeep.
