Manager, Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Revenue Operations Team (ROPS).

Essential Function:

Reporting & Administration

Gather sensitive reports, metrics, and communicationProactively provide updates and recommendations within executive presentationsMeasure and evaluate results to determine the direction of projects and resources

Program & Project Management

Develop project structure and direction from initiation, design, development, testing, evaluation, and implementationSelect and manage resources to accomplish project objectivesIdentify and influence strategic business relationships, internally and externally, between ROPS leadership teamsSet priorities and direction for projectsPerform root cause analysis on large amounts of datasets and create detailed reports for strategic business issues and opportunities

Other Duties

Champion the DaVita Mission and Values both internally and externallyAttend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as scheduled or neededPerform other duties as assigned or requiredTravel required: up to 5%

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
