Duties: Identifying, capturing and evaluating proactively risk incidents. Reading, analyzing, and interpreting government and industry standards for Margin Loan portfolios and converting them to functional models. Providing model documentation for internal and external verification; Studying, analyzing and utilizing large datasets. Contributing to an Agile software team to deliver results iteratively. Presenting approaches to internal management as well as auditors and consultants. Coordinating between Corporate Risk organization, technology, and business partners in order to achieve desired objectives.

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Salary: $150,000 to $246,800 per year

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

What you have

Job Requirements: Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, or a related field and 36 months experience in a related occupation.Experience must include 24 months involving the following: Build enterprise applications in C# or Python with Dependency Injection pattern; Query, debug, and performance tune SQL statements on Microsoft SQL Server; Financial modeling in mathematical models and statistical models, using Black-Scholes and regressions; Perform risk analysis and reporting on models or portfolio risk; Conduct governance activities, including risk control self-assessment and incident remediation, to comply with regulatory standards; .NET framework, ASP.NET and .NET core; Perform web platform development with Typescript and Angular; Conduct Agile using Jira and CI/CD using Bamboo; and Perform testing on enterprise application with MS Test, NUnit, or XUnit.
