Position Summary:
Sales Manager, Components - EMEA and ROW will have overall responsibility and accountability for the planning, directing, and managing sales for our Components EMEA/ROW sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, leadership skills and managing a direct sales team to deliver outstanding sales growth that meet or exceed company targets.
This role will partner closely with the global sales management team as well as product and corporate marketing to develop strategic and tactical sales objectives. He/she will be responsible for leading and maximizing available resources including Account Executive, Solution Engineers, and Professional Services to achieve sales objections.Requirements: Demonstrated experience selling into customers with a strong understanding of differences in messaging, communication and interaction with prospects and customers globallyTrack record of consistently over-achieving quota in past positionsExperience managing and closing complex direct dealsStrong written and verbal presentation skills: should be able to quickly construct compelling presentation materialsStrong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with other functions and partnersAbility to work in fast-paced environment and stay on top of multiple activitiesYou like to win, build high-performing, collaborative teams and have a real go getter attitude but balance that with a respectful approach and high integrity5+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales experience with a focus on selling into larger customer & prospects globally3+ years’ experience in enterprise sales managementDemonstrated history of sales success and progressive managerial responsibilitiesExperience selling in a complex, long sales cycle, large account environmentComplex solution selling requiring collaboration from multiple functional teams within customer and internal or external teamsDeveloping strong relationships and building networksDeep Understanding of Enterprise Software Licensing and ComplianceComfortable dealing with a global customer base and interacting in a multicultural environmentUniversity degree required; MBA preferredResponsibilities:  Develop sales targets and build sales capacity model to meet them.Research, prospect, and pitch Fortune 2000 accounts by building relationships with senior contacts and developing and expanding current large Perforce customers.Perform weekly pipeline and account reviews to maintain accuracy in forecasting, reporting, and delivery of sales and services quotas and targets with (CRM)Active participation in the development of strategy and plans for the Perfecto business and collaborate with global Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistency of approach.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives and capitalize on their expertise for pitches and proposals.Maintain expertise of industry and competitors; continually gather competitive intelligence.$160,000 - $330,000 a yearThe base pay range targeted for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 USD. This position will be eligible for a Sales Commissions Plan.
