**Overview**
The Solution Development Manager is a key leader responsible for facilitating the bridge between solution design and technical implementation. This role reports into the Director of Solution Development. Once prospective or current client business requirements are established, the Solution Development Manager translates these needs into technical specifications, guiding cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for new business initiatives and strategic client accounts. The role ensures that solutions meet both business and technical standards before transitioning them to engineering and product teams for scaling and production.
**Responsibilities**
Defining Technical Requirements:
+ Converting business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
+ Working with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with client
+ expectations and strategic business goals.
+ Collaborating with data strategy to define data modeling needs and net new data assets.
+ Proof of Concept (POC) Development & Innovation
+ Leading cross-functional teams, including analysts, data scientists, data strategists, and engineers, to develop POCs for current and prospective clients, focusing on the rapid creation of AI-based and data-driven prototypes.
+ Working with product and engineering teams to maintain technical consistency between POC and full production deployment – ensuring that solutions are feasible and can be developed further.
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Developing and sustaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on solution objectives.
+ Effectively communicating technical solutions and progress to both business and technical stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the development process.

**Qualifications**
+ Strong technical background with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
+ Excellent project management and leadership skills.
+ Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with AI-based and data-driven technologies is a plus.
+ BA/BS in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
+ 3-4 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $137,195 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
