Manager, Sales Operations

Job Description:

The Sales Operations manager will be dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the systems used by Cambria’s internal and external customers (primarily Salesforce and The Cambria Exchange) based on the various user group needs. We are seeking someone with excellent technical, business and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance our systems to ensure the best experience and ease of use. The Sales Operations manager will serve as the "go to" for all enhancements, promote adoption, training, and will help shape Cambria technology roadmap by keeping current on all technology trends and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serving as the primary business partner to our Sales team

Optimizing Salesforce configurations to enhance sales productivity, continually seek ways to simplify

Collaborating with our Sales Leaders and teams to establish and refine performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making

Redefining and optimizing the territorial distribution ensuring comprehensive market coverage and increased sales efficiency

Swiftly addressing and resolving operational challenges, suggesting improvements to systems

Work in tandem with the Sales team to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training

Create and administer training to existing or new users/groups

Provide one to one training to end users on an on-going basis

Expand use of Salesforce.com and The Cambria Exchange and other key systems by attending planning meetings, assisting with determining if these systems can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system

Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features and enhancements.

Analyze data to identify sales performance gaps, managing pipeline and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Manage Salesforce governance and reporting

Lead the team of two, including our primary Salesforce administrator and our Sales territory analyst

Be the company SME on Salesforce.com and The Cambria Exchange

Qualifications & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce, Salesforce AI, Oracle ERP and basic eCommerce platforms

Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools

Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Team player with positive “Can-do” attitude

Great communication skills with an enthusiastic personality

Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Minimum expectation of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience: 7+ years of Salesforce Classic and Lightning administration experience

Systems: Word, Excel, Outlook and Google platform,

Salesforce: Data Cloud and Einstein experience preferred but not required

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Responsibilities: Will manage the Salesforce administrator and Salesforce territory administrator

Travel Requirements: May travel to other Cambria locations as required

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
