Overview

Be a part of TDW and industry history, the Manager, Sales – Repair Solutions will build a team to grow the repair solutions business in TDW’s western hemisphere region and serve as a part of the Repair Solutions business line leadership team. TDW is excited about a recent partnership with Petro-Line and this critical position will help develop the strategy to grow this offering.   

 

Responsibilities

 

Develop, drive, and ensure execution of an effective sales strategy to deliver profitable growth for new product offeringCollaborate effectively closely with business line operations team and other business line sales teams to support the adoption of new offering in the US market Plan TDW participation in events that support the sales strategy, ensuring that the repair solutions offered by the company are well represented in such events.Ensure that the business can achieve their annual revenue & EBITDA targets by proactively securing the orders to build a timely backlog – doing so by driving the identification of business opportunities, the development, negotiation & closure of commercial deals with new or existing customers,Own the coordination of effective pricing throughout the portfolio across the region,Ensure team’s data in Salesforce delivers timely, compliant & compelling proposals that serve as effective vehicles to set-out the offered solution and pave the way for a smooth handover of a secured order,Drive participation in commercial & contract reviews, working with Legal & other departments, to ensure that risk & exposure is known & contained,Support effective handovers to flawlessly meet customer needsProvide information to support effective sales & operational planning that prepares the business for forthcoming orders, helps to level-load utilization across Manufacturing & Service Operations teams and assists in effective business forecasting,Prepare all necessary reports, forecasts and other reports as requested by the management in a timely and accurate manner, with input from the sales team, distributors, and channel partners.Hire and support training of territory sales representatives to meet growth targetsSet employee objectives, provides fair and constructive feedback, assesses accurately employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization, and ensures training & development needs are addressed,Develop, maintains, and monitors a network of distributors and representatives, if appropriate, and recommends adjustments to third parties’ sales/marketing strategies and action plans as necessary,Drive a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance,Lead continuous improvement process in the team.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Commercial and/or engineering degree, with min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry developing the business and leading sales teams, equivalencies will be considered.Sound understanding of repair sleeve products and welding services preferred.Previous people leadership skills.Strong commercial skills and the ability to deal and negotiate at high level,Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.Travel of 60% throughout the Region is required for this position.Must currently hold or be willing to obtain passport for international travel.
