Manager, Sales Support – Workforce Lodging
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Manager, Sales Support within our Workforce division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for arming sales with the right data and information needed to convert prospects to customers. You will be a strategic thought partner to the field sales team, aiding them in the sales process. Leveraging strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and across various departments you will apply data-driven strategies to drive business profitability, increase sales efficiencies and improve starts revenue. You will report directly to the Vice President, Pricing and Analytics and regularly collaborate with the Lodging leadership team.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Serving as primary POC for the sales team to run and optimize RCA process Collaborating with Sales and Network teams and arming them with the right information / data set to maximize chances to winning business Developing strong relationships with key personnel in sales and network team(s) Establishing weekly reporting to communicate sales KPIs with leadership team Creating a competitive report of coverage and pricing v/s competition based on RCA data and providing actionable feedback Working with Product, IT and external vendors to continuously improve the quality of RCA process and outputs Keeping sales leadership and finance informed about the sales pipeline and potential annualized revenueQualifications & Skills
Undergraduate Degree (Master's preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc Superior analytical skills, advanced excel skills and understanding of strategy Proven experience in working in fast paced cross functional environments Previous experience in the lodging or hospitality industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey results and recommendations to sales team Exposure to relational databases and use of SQL Working knowledge of Tableau and experience building dashboards Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.Benefits & Perks
