Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager, CRM Strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's CRM product and overall business performance. As the Manager, Salesforce Strategy, you will lead a global team of Salesforce Administrators and be responsible for optimizing the Salesforce platform to shape our CRM product strategy. Working closely with the VP of CRM Strategy, you will provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise to enhance our Salesforce capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes. Your strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights will be crucial in driving successful CRM initiatives and achieving measurable results. How you'll make an impact Own the Salesforce product and roadmap, taking full responsibility for its success. Prioritize team projects based on their impact on the business and lead projects independently, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Provide expert guidance, best practices, and thought leadership on Salesforce enhancements. Lead and motivate a high-performing CRM team, offering strategic direction and fostering a culture of exceptional customer experience. Supervise the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Drive efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information through data integrity, governance, and management practices, including responsibility for Salesforce data quality. Proactively monitor system performance, identify and address issues, and implement necessary enhancements to maximize the capabilities of Salesforce. Collaborate with stakeholders from sales, marketing, client services, and IT teams to understand their needs and requirements for the CRM platform. Work closely with the VP, Global CRM Strategy to ensure alignment with the broader CRM strategy and seamless integration with other systems and processes. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization and adoption of the Salesforce platform. Provide timely support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues. Utilize Salesforce reporting and analytics tools to extract insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement. Develop and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and the impact of CRM initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by coaching, providing feedback, and offering training opportunities to develop team members' skills and career paths. Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices. Act as a Salesforce advocate within the organization, promoting the value and benefits of the platform. About You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and CRM product management. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. Experience with Oracle CPQ is a plus Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven track record of driving successful CRM initiatives and achieving measurable results. Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to excel in fast paced, high demand environment. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Proven ability to independently manage tasks and priorities, accurately estimate work and meet deadlines.
