The COMET contract provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. · Candidate must strategically lead a team of technical planners, data analysists, and program support personnel in support of spaceflight for all Artemis flight flows.
· Candidate must be knowledgeable of daily planning, authoring, readiness, scheduling capabilities, and KICS Day Products to support complex projects, programs, and maintenance and support activities.

Responsibilities

· Create, manage, and adjust processes in support of the Program Integration Element & Flow Planning Organization for Consolidated Operations, Management, Engineering and Test (COMET).
· Demonstrate proficiencies managing Primavera Schedules, Maximo, and Solumina activities and reports.
· Define metrics, collect data, and report on the effectiveness of our products and services for organizational Continuous Improvement.
· Develop success-oriented schedule, delegate, and level labor resources, and manage products and services for COMET.
· Possess interpersonal communication and technical skill to guide the department and to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
· Possess a solid understanding of Planning structures and principles.
· Rationalize large volume of data and articulate issues and consequence, recommend adjustments, and find efficiencies.
· Analyze schedule data to determine risk & opportunity for recovery.
· Communicate schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports.
· Provide practical support and guidance to help others, enabling them to lead and perform complex tasks.
· Maintain regular, clear communications with customers to ensure thing are evolving to plan.
· Effectively communicate job expectations, rapidly adapt/respond to changes in tasks and responsibilities.
