The Project Manager is responsible for providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project direction, goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project health and reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. In addition, the Project Manager proactively provides coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams for Project Management best practices, continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. **Required Qualifications** • 7+ years of Project Management experience demonstrated by a proven track record of success in multiple complex projects and/or programs. • 7+ years of professional, related experience in consulting, software development, client management, team management, business relationship management and resource management. • 5+ years’ experience with SDLC. • 2+ years Scrum Master Experience **Preferred Qualifications** • Project Management Professional (PMP) • Development background • Business Analysis background • Experience managing digital projects such as ecommerce, web site design, integrations, mobile • SAFe Agile Experience Preferred **Education** Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
