It breaks down the silos between Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health making them work seamlessly and efficiently to help clients transform marketing and business at scale. **Overview** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + SEO Strategy: provide technical and strategic SEO advice to the entire regional business and request coming from various locations. + Increase website traffic: increase traffic to all of Future’s websites via various digital marketing methods - with a main focus on ethical, organic SEO techniques. + Content strategy: support website editors with the creation and evolution of content strategy using keyword research and competitor analysis advantageously. + Link building: create low-risk link building strategies to ensure Future’s SEO is maximized without falling foul of link spam algorithms. Work with PR, marketing and editorial to ensure we maximize the inbound link potential of their work. + Commercial Knowledge: work with the sales teams to help them understand both paid and natural search and work on strategies to use this information to develop new revenue streams. + Hit targets: work with each Head of Content & Marketing to ascertain realistic growth targets for their websites and construct SEO strategies which make sure these targets are achieved. + Training: offer training to required departments in SEO best practice, as well as training team members with various new methods for SEO. + Lead the field: keep ahead of all upcoming algorithm changes and search-relevant technologies. + Site launch strategy: take responsibility for technical SEO and launch strategy on all website launches, plus the migration strategy for rebuilds. + Technical SEO: carry out technical site audits, link audits and competitive audits of websites and industries. + Test and monitor: ensure that any technical elements which influence SEO are as they should be, communicating any issues with Operations/ website managers/ developers. + Analytics: identify the most important SEO KPIs and implement reporting of relevant SEO metrics, research and initiatives. **Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS** + 6 – 8 years working as a SEO Expert, with at least 2 years in managerial role preferred. + Ability to identify the tactics used by competitors and correlating their traffic with their content Demonstrable success in managing enterprise-level SEO campaigns with a proven track record of working on big brands. + An understanding of how search marketing integrates with other marketing channels andwider company goals. + Broad knowledge and understanding of how search engine algorithms work. + Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript and browsers. + Broad knowledge of available SEO tools and the strengths/ weaknesses of each, with an ability to extract the maximum learning and benefit from these tools. + Should have hands on experience in using various SEO tools like SEMRush, Googlekeyword planner, similar web, Majestic and more. **Additional information** **COMPANY VALUES** **TRUST** Trust is the cornerstone upon which we build our relationships.
